Taking noma, the worlds best restaurant in 2014, as an inspiration for rethinking our local food culture means to be completely radical and explore everything eatable along the coastline of Kiel. But how can one be sure the new explored plant is eatable without being an expert in botany? For that reason I designed an app, which lets you define every plant by analyzing its leaf shapes to upgrade your home cooked meals.
